Refund policy: licensed software, not a self-serve checkout
BizfyLabs licenses Private AI Foundation, DocxIntel and AgentLab as annual software and named deployment packages. There is no public shopping cart, no 14-day app-store trial, and no man-day invoice to reverse. Refunds follow the statement of work you sign, not a generic product page.
Paid proof of value
Engagement starts with a paid proof of value, typically 30 to 45 days, on one document type in your environment. Success criteria and the conversion price are agreed in writing before work begins. If we miss the agreed threshold, you keep the report and owe nothing further on that proof of value.
Annual licence and deployment
Platform and application licences, and fixed-fee deployment packages, are contracted. Any refund, credit or termination is governed by that contract. We do not quote hourly rates or reverse a completed deployment because a later volume tier was chosen.
How to raise a commercial question
Write to hello@bizfylabs.com with the organisation name, the environment, and the statement of work or proof-of-value reference. Questions about an offline demo or a proof of value that has not started belong on the contact section, not a refund ticket.
